PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually take 1-2 business days. We can often process and ship within 1 business day, but production time typically increases during sales and holidays. Please keep in mind that we are a small business, and will do our best to ship your items to you as quickly as we can. We’re excited for you to get your new items!

Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days.
LOCAL PICK UP
Are you a local and want to pick up your order at Moon Shine Boutique or The Contemporary Cottage? Just choose “local pickup” for the shipping option upon checkout. We will call you when your order is ready!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service.
